Manuscripts submitted to the Acceso Científico Multidisciplinary Scientific Journal must be carefully prepared in accordance with the editorial guidelines established by the journal, in order to ensure academic quality, editorial consistency, and the proper scientific evaluation of submitted works.
Compliance with these guidelines facilitates the peer review process, the editorial standardization of articles, and the effective dissemination of published scientific production.
General manuscript format.
Manuscripts must be prepared in digital format using compatible word processing or scientific typesetting systems.
The main formatting specifications are as follows:
-
Word processor: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) or scientific typesetting system LaTeX (.tex).
-
Supplementary files: when using LaTeX, authors must submit the source file (.tex) together with figures, tables, and the corresponding bibliography.
-
Font: Times New Roman, 12-point size (for manuscripts prepared in Word).

Authors are responsible for ensuring the clarity, coherence, and academic quality of the manuscript before submission.
Manuscript structure.
Scientific articles must follow a standard academic structure that facilitates the understanding, evaluation, and replicability of the research.
1. Title page.
The first page of the manuscript must include:
-
Title of the article in Spanish, English, or Portuguese (maximum 20 words, without abbreviations).
-
Full names of all authors.
-
Institutional affiliation of each author (university, institution, or research center).
-
ORCID identifier of each author.
-
Email address of the corresponding author.
2. Abstract.
The manuscript must include an abstract in the main language of the article and its corresponding translation.
-
Maximum length: 250 words.
-
For research articles, the abstract should preferably include: objective, methods, results, and conclusions.
-
It should be written clearly and concisely without bibliographic references.
3. Keywords.
Authors must provide four to six keywords in Spanish, English, and Portuguese that adequately represent the content of the study and facilitate indexing in academic databases.
4. Introduction.
This section should present the context of the study and the research problem addressed. It must include relevant background, a brief review of the scientific literature, the justification for the study, and clearly defined research objectives.
5. Materials and methods.
This section should describe the study design in sufficient detail to allow replication by other researchers. It should include the type and design of the research, a description of materials, instruments or equipment used, methodological procedures, statistical analysis methods or analytical techniques applied, and ethical considerations when applicable.
6. Results.
Results must be presented clearly, objectively, and in an organized manner. Tables, graphs, or figures should be used to facilitate understanding of the data, avoiding repetition of the same information in both text and visual elements. Results must be presented consistently with the objectives of the study.
7. Discussion.
The discussion should interpret the results obtained in relation to the existing scientific literature. Authors should analyze the significance of the findings, compare them with previous studies, identify study limitations, and indicate the scientific, theoretical, or practical implications of the research.
8. Conclusions.
Conclusions should present a clear synthesis of the main findings of the study and their contribution to scientific knowledge. This section must respond to the research objectives, highlight the contributions of the work to the discipline, and suggest possible directions for future research. In research articles, recommendations should not be included within the conclusions.
9. Acknowledgments (optional).
Authors may include acknowledgments to recognize individuals, institutions, or research projects that contributed to the development of the study but do not meet the criteria for authorship.
10. References.
Bibliographic references must follow internationally recognized citation standards. The journal accepts the following styles according to the area of knowledge: APA for social sciences, education, and management; IEEE for engineering, technology, and computer science; and Vancouver for veterinary sciences, health sciences, and biomedical fields.
It is recommended that all references include the DOI when available and that at least 60% correspond to publications from the last five years in order to ensure the currency of the theoretical framework.
Journal periodicity.
The Acceso Científico Multidisciplinary Scientific Journal maintains a semiannual publication frequency, releasing two issues per year in a continuous and planned manner. This editorial regularity aims to ensure the timely and sustained dissemination of scientific production while maintaining rigorous processes of evaluation, editing, and publication.
Each issue includes original articles, review papers, and scientific contributions selected through peer review processes, seeking to provide the academic community with relevant, up-to-date research with impact across different areas of knowledge.
